Cat Cow Stretch exercise

How To Do

  1. Start on hands and knees (tabletop position)
  2. Hands under shoulders, knees under hips
  3. Cow: Inhale, drop belly, lift chin and tailbone
  4. Cat: Exhale, round spine toward ceiling, tuck chin
  5. Flow smoothly between positions
  6. Repeat for 10-15 breaths
