How To Do

  1. Lie face down on mat
  2. Extend arms overhead palms down
  3. Engage core and glutes
  4. Simultaneously lift arms, chest and legs off floor
  5. Keep neck neutral looking down
  6. Hold for 2-3 seconds
  7. Lower slowly, repeat 10-15 times
